weariedDean Winchester is a character from the TV series Supernatural.
Supernatural is about two brothers, Sam and Dean Winchester, who were introduced to the supernatural world as children. After a demonic force murders their mother, the boys and their father, John Winchester, begin a mission to hunt down and kill the demon responsible. It gets much more complicated as the series continues. More brief information (with spoilers!) on the show can be found here.
Dean in particular grew up as a hunter. He hunts vampires, werewolves, ghouls, witches, demons, and everything in between. He is incredibly protective of his younger sibling, Sam, seeing as he practically raised Sam in light of their mostly absent father. He's charming, witty, a bit of a sleaze, and a generally good guy, though he doesn't always get along with everybody he meets.
As far as playing him goes, he'll probably be from the end of 5x22, Swan Song, or around there.
